Awful hotel malghotra
This entire hotel is useless. The staff are rude and unprofessional. They do incorrect billing. It's food was also not worth it. The amenities were of poor quality. The fridge was not available in 4 rooms out of 6. The washroom was completely terrible. They did not care about our things kept at the reception while an emergency. Absolutely terrible experience. Never staying in this hotel again and don't recommend any one to stay.

Location is arnd 4 kms frm market and hotel needs renovation as the corridor and passages look shabby . Rooms are good but the surrounding of the hotel has litter all over it needs to be clean

Horrible experience
couple1. Although the room was good and clean but they charged me extra (1500 for days of stay) for the pure booked deluxe room. 2. Breakfast was pure booked but only pratha option was there. 3. My pure booked breakfast amount was 300+tax per day, but the restaurant menu prices were below 250. 4. I had an offer of 15% discount on food, which i didn’t get. 5. They didn’t provide any printed bill & taken 500 extra on my food bill which i had calculated later after my check out. 6. Don’t trust the hotel, they are exploiting money. Note- the hotel staffs (excluding manager) were very polite & gentle.

Average stay
Room was clean with average food nd below average buffet breakfast but view from the balcony was blocked by big trees so it was a average stay …!!

Good Stay
The location of the property was excellent as it was near to most of the mcleodganj places to visit. The food was sumptuous. The only reason for ratings to be good and not excellent is the lack of amenities offered for a 4 * property

One of the best hotel to stay
Nice place to stay location wise, staff behaviour is so good, rooms are clean and good, food and room service is great. Overall nice place to stay.

Perfect hote

Blanket was not dirty. Bcoz room cleaning is our first priority. If yr Bedsheet pillow covers. Blanket was dirty.Cl house kipping .If you told . Great stay
Upgraded the room to the valley view. The network connectivity for air-tel was an issue. The amenities in the room were nice and it a a well maintained property. The food in the hotel is good and the managers were kind enough to make sure we could be provided for some dinner even when late. In all, it was a great experience. The staff was great.

Nice stay
The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Food quality is good n best part was party night between friday to saturday is nice idea to engage customers.

Bad experience
Pathetic stay. Staff was lazy in handling problems. Wifi is not working, tv set top box was not recharged, no water in their tanks, landline was not working. Hotel is far from the main market. The only good thing in the hotel was the food. Food was yummy.

Only money matters. No intention to serve its customer
There were several service issues, which i highlighted as well. In response to that the hotel manager told me that i am a "thankless person& "they don't have jinn to serve immediately". I left that room within a stay of just 2 hrs.
