Hotel Pong View

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pong View Hotel during a quick visit to Dharamshala, and it turned out to be a memorable experience. Initially, I booked a standard room which didn’t offer any view, but upon arrival, the front desk staff were extremely accommodating. A gentleman (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall) helped me upgrade to a larger room with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the Kangra Valley. The view alone made the stay worth it! I happily paid the difference, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The Room: Spacious, clean, and comfortable with a balcony that offered stunning views. Waking up to the Kangra Valley every morning was truly magical. Dining Experience: We had dinner at the Hotel Pong View, and I must mention their Lasuni Dal — it’s a must-try! It was my first time having it, and it exceeded all expectations. The food overall was delicious, though I did find the menu slightly overpriced. For those looking for budget-friendly options, there are nearby shops within walking distance where you can grab snacks. Staff & Service: The staff at Pong View were excellent. Special thanks to the front desk gentleman who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the Hotel Pong View was also commendable. Overall: Pong View Hotel is a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Dharamshala. The friendly staff, incredible views, and quality service made our stay memorable. I’d definitely recommend this Hotel Pong View and would love to return on my next visit to Dharamshala

Four of us stayed in the family suite from 16th to 19th march. It was an amazing stay, the staff was really kind and helpful. We were given an early check-in that really help us get rested and get rejuvenated to begin our itinerary on time. I would especially like to mention lucky and suraj who made all efforts to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The food was good, breakfast was sumptuous. The location of the Hotel Pong View is around 1. 5 kms away from kotwali bazaar, the main market of dharamshala. We would definitely like to revisit dharamshala soon and would like to rent the same accommodation that we had this time; with the scenic valley view and excellent room decor.

Very good experience to stay in Hotel Pong View, good location near to main market in dharamshala, awesome food quality, well trained staff, neat and clean spacious room with valley view, nice dining area, parking and lift facility is also there. Hi not rec'd any message on discount

The Hotel Pong View was located at a very serene location and 25 mins walk away from maximums mall. The rooms were super clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, they could improve a little bit on the food area. But everything else was perfect.

Location is good, away from hustle bustle of the city. Market is 1 km away but you will find everything inside Hotel Pong View. Good staff & good food. Go for Valley view rooms on Ground Floor & above, views are great from there & from rooftop restaurant

Property location excellent..parking available( which remains an issue at most of Hotel Pong Views in himachal). Food good but little pricy.. The front desk staff were welcoming and helped me with local travel tips. Overall good experience..
