Average stay experience. Cost and quality does not match. If u can bargain at cost then good. Facing also matters.

Excellent views from the balcony of our rooms. Very good service by everyone at the hotel and great food. Enjoyed our four days stay at the hotel

We preferred this resort over others due to swimming pool facility as my kids wanted to enjoy the pool during vacation. In the morning around 11:30 we headed to pool and found dead frog and other dead insects in the pool. It was clearly visible that the pool was not cleaned for few days. On highlighting the issue to hotel management they told that pool will be cleaned, however with kids we could not take risk of being in the pool as not sure of the cleaning process being used by the hotel. We did not use the pool for the duration of stay. It seemed that the hotel management did not found this to be a big issue and recognise that the vacation was ruined as the kids were really upset. Good location with average food quality and less variety in breakfast.

Food not satisfactory - peeled fruits mixed with un peeled fruits like bananas and with out any cover specially during summer time - service ok but need more training

The room are not clean, food is bad, curtains are not blinding and ac isn’t effective won’t give it more than 2 stars

Very clean and hygienic rooms. Prompt room service. Very polite and courteous staff. Food is good. Only miss point is unavailability of housekeeping and restaurant staff between 11:30pm to 7:30am but reception guy will try everything to help you in his capacity

Location and food was amazing.

Property location is good and rooms were spacious too but staff behaviour was real bad. Staff really needs some training. They never pick up phone for room service ( nobody picked up phone before 8 am, talk rudely, and behave unprofessionally.

The inn is good and hygienic for the budget accomodation and the food is great.

The property location is very nice, food quality is very good. The hygiene and safety standards are up to the mark. Overall a very good experience

Location is good with the town and valley view, the food was not so good, they are running very low on staff
