terrible receptionist not listening to the request I stayed for 3nights and they not changed bedsheet

Me experienced a terrible and awkward situation by the flag indra suits, even we told to clean the floor , they never cleaned

The manager charged me extra amt saying that the rooms i had booked are not available, so i have to pay extra for other rooms, then it's useless to book rooms in advance & pay for the same in advance

I have booked classic rooms for me and my daughter. After reaching the hotel, they started that classic rooms will not have attached toilets, to have attached toilets, i have to pay another 600 rupees. I was insulted as already paid 600 non refundable amount. I asked caretaker to show rooms without toilets. But it was drama to extract more money and even they have not given receipt also. I was a worsted hotel booking experience with makemytrip.

The hotel did not allow check in and asked for more money. I have booked the classic room on mm t but the hotel owner stated that it would bave detached bathroom. I tried calling customer service but did not get any response. I was put on hold for 10 mins and was disconnected. I had to pay additional amount to get the room.

When I reached hotel and he is telling which you have booked the has been full. he started asking you should pay 640 extra. 😡

They will not a lot you room and ask extra for it.

Asked extra money over and above what i paid to mmt and didn't allow to check in was a horrible experience
