Everything was good like cleanliness big rooms and bathrooms, staff communication/behaviour co-ordination with ground floor madder tiffany restaurant for food orders, 4 out 5 star rating, 1 star reduced for wifi, wifi was not available and hot water only morning time available.

Best stay in Mysore

Though it's an old hotel, the room was spacious and it was very clean. Hospitality was good. The washroom was clean as well. AC and TV was working fine. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The only drawback was the lift, it was not there in the property which is difficult for old people. Apart from this, it's worth the amount which I paid. The location is good.
