Completely different room. TV, wifi did not worked. Bathroom door was broken. Spitting all over the walls.

Stayed in a room with breathtaking city views. The rooftop restaurant was a wonderful dining experience.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious with thoughtful touches like robes and slippers.

I was very disappointed as upon arrival , I was shocked to find the hotel was locked and inaccessible, despite having a confirmed booking. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I was left without accommodation after making prior arrangements. They don’t have any staff working there and nobody was picking up calls when I tried calling them I request an immediate explanation for this situation and an appropriate resolution. This should not cause any trouble to any guests.. requesting MMT to delist such fraudsters who are making money with fake reviews and wrong information.

Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. Clean rooms, delicious food, and impeccable service. Loved it!
