Great place for solo weekend trips. Staff were friendly and room gave me space to relax and recharge during my visit.

The room was very dirty. not maintained at all. bedsheets were torn. table was dirty. Room service was also poor. Not recommended at all.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The lift was not working, and I was traveling with a heart patient. Despite this, they gave us a room on the second floor and insisted we use the stairs. This was completely unacceptable and unsafe. I can't believe they would put us in such a situation. I will never be staying here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

First, i would not recommend. Second, the name of the hotel is itself is wrong, its alipore guest house. The room was totally different as compared to the picture. Too much dirty, and stinky. The bathroom was also not cleaned. Dirty spots all over the wall. When i checked in, they asked for extra charges, then i called makemytrip, and then the issue was resolved. I also complained about the cleanliness, and they assured me that the hoteliers will change my room, but it didn't happen.
