Very good hotel, we stayed with family and everything was good, cleanliness was top notch and location was also good.

Food needs improvement. Menu offered in dinner package is very limited. No provision for drying clothes in room. Breakfast menu should include South dishes. Stayed at Sun n Snow for 2 days. Would rate this as average. While the hotel staff was extremely responsive and courteous but the property itself and the room was quite old.... musty smell prevailed in the room and everything felt quite damp. Soft furnishings in the room and the towels etc were worn out and not very clean. I am not sure about other properties in Mussorie whether they are better or worse. The downhill walk to Mall Road was good but the return uphill walk to the hotel for about 500 meters was exhausting after dinner.

Excellent service oriented staff. Although this is not a 4 star property, the courteouness and humility of staff fills the slight gap of luxury. Location is very close to Mall Road but on returning you will have to hike for 500 metres to reach Hotel. Good exercise for legs. Parking is sufficient for hotel capacity. Food is very nice.

food is good with reasonanle price but snacks are ok. location is also good and easy to reach but it is nearly 400 meters away to Mall road. rooms are just average and old property. staffs behaviors are very good. when we reached to property around 1.30 pm room was not ready and had to wait for 15 mins.

we booked 2 rooms, rooms are average but clean, bedding and blanket average.lots of things missing from toilet.and tea table.

We arrived nearly 3 hours before check-in, and to our surprise, the staff kindly accommodated us early with no hesitation. That level of hospitality really stood out from the start. The hosts were absolutely lovely — warm, helpful, and always made us feel at home. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, but the chicken curry in particular was outstanding — flavorful, authentic, and cooked to perfection. Free parking was a huge plus for us as we were traveling by car, and it made things so much easier. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families looking for comfort, good food, genuine hospitality, and great value for money. Highly recommended!
