The only good thing about the property was the view and the two care takers .we booked for 2 days stays .To start with located in interior where roads are dangerous to drive .Understand it's a hilly area but this place was located way beyond our imagination.you cannot move out after dark .rooms were big but everything in the room was broken .tv didn't worked for both days .No internet .water leakage from wash basin .even the flush came out and was just tapped .we understand it's a homestay but that doesn't gives an excuse for non - maintance .

it was my life's worst hotel stay experience. I felt like staying in a haunted place with spiders,left alone in a building with my husband and small kids.door locks not working. no one to attend us,not even a receptionist. without any security arrangements. false wi fi and inverter promises.no pest control and very unhygienic owing to blocked drainage systems. the owner is also very rude even I also don't met her .I only had a talk with her because I demand my refund when I entered in the hotel as she said it was a home stay .but by any angle it wasn't giving us the feeling of home won't suggest even an enemy to have a stay here.spoild our quality time with family.

Apartment was very good and clean and spacious with good views. Food was good specially chill i paneer ( we ordered 4 times ). Scope of improvement - must have refrigerator and fan in drawing room, and must have variety in breakfast.

There was no way to reach the property tv was not working wifi very poor signal property condition was good but the bathroom taps were not working the caretaker was not an experienced person

The location of property is ok.. but there is no proper road to the hotel. Its a kachha steep road for about 150meters and you cannot take your vehicle down to the hotel. So you have to walk that steep katcha muddy road. Food is ok. Hospitality is not good. The owners think they have done a great service by opening this hotel. Not recommended if you are going with family.

We had an excellent stay as a family. The apartment was very spacious and had clean rooms, toilets and kitchen. The owner and the staff were very approachable. All the meals were tasty and the quantity was more than sufficient. Location was some distance away from prominent locations like mall road but that helped us to see shimla in totality. We could see many places everyday and got to understand the local layout of the city. Silverpine apartments is a very good place for those who want to travel a lot across shimla and look for a valley facing comfortable, peaceful home. It is very good for small group as well as a big family.

The property is far away from the shimla city at 1 hour drive. There is no arrangement for parking as road is in very bad condition. Whole night i suffered with power cuts as they don't have the power backup arrangements, when the host is told about this he was very rude and replied that this this you have to bear and in the morning the water in shower/ washrooms is also empty. Overall it was a really bad experience both from the property and host. I will surely deny to book this property again in future nor i suggest it to anyone.

Great place to stay. Little away from market but atmosphere was terrific. Food is tasty but little overpriced. Laxman the care taker is gem of a person and very kind and ready to help and many times proactively helping us. The only concern was it's little off city and with no proper road connectivity and you need to have a veichele surely.

As shared earlier in the feedback link 1) have to carry your luggage for more than 200 metres which includes around 60 steep steps and then 2 floors. ( based on floor you are given ) 2) there were earthing problems 3) power failure for 2 hours and no proper back up 4) lack of water in bathrooms and have to follow up with mr laxman who is cook, cleaning person, plumber, carpenter, luggage boy and everything 5) positive is response from laxman

Very good location and mountain view. Tea & food not good quality. Balcony mountain view very very good

Property is good but in toilets there is a slope problem of tiles which is causing stagnation of water and you have to alert the maintenance guys for getting on the water pump otherwise it will be delayed for going out in morning hours.

The homestay is very nice and clean. However, the road leading to it is really bad. My parents had an suv and it was difficult to drive it as the road is too narrow. Also, the car had to be parked on the road.

The hotel was not good and the location of the hotel was very terrible and no proper road was there to reach the hotel

Location was too interior, very difficult to get the car in its very stressfull to reach main road from the hotel u have to climb and get down a steep stair if you want to move out and in hotel.

Everything was superb and beyond my expectations. Staff behavior, timely food, location, ambience everything

Stay was good ! staffs were really good. Their response was fast. Only issue is that it's far from the main shimla city. To reach mall road u have to pay 500 rs for taxi. Other than that the rooms were quite comfortable witch nice views

Staff was very less due to this we ordered our breakfast in 8. 30 they sent us our breakfast on 11. 30 with incomplete order also when i checkout the hotel they forget to give us our thermosteel bottle inner cap also there is no driver sleeping arrangements there are no ac fan also not working very terrible experience.

Went with family for a weekend. One of my friends' family also accompanied us. The staff was very supportive especially nitin and pankaj. They ensured our stay was more than comfortable and they deserve accolades. Also the food quality was delicious. The location of the property is a bit at tricky place but once you reach and settle down the hill side view, rooms and all other amenities are real value for money. Highly recommended.
