The property seems good but the service that they provided is the worst. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay in my entire history of travel. Paying for what is categorized as a 4-5 star hotel and receiving the service of a street lounge is completely unacceptable.
Room and Initial Setup Issues
Upon entering, the room had a very smelly odor. I had booked a family stay, paid the equivalent of two rooms' cost for a single room, and yet they failed to honor their commitment to provide an additional bed.
For four people, the washroom was entirely bare. There were no towels, no toothpaste, and no shaving kit provided for any of us.
Lack of Basic Amenities and Poor Response
The hotel also severely restricted basic amenities. They provided only two small water bottles for four people. After multiple attempts to call the hotel team, who were largely unresponsive, I was finally told that only two bottles would be provided, despite the standard practice of offering at least two liters of complimentary water per person. We were forced to purchase water bottles from outside the hotel.
When my children began to feel cold, I called to ask for an extra blanket. They gave me a rotten blanket and stated it was the only option available.
Unhygienic and Disgusting Food/Restaurant Experience
The restaurant was equally appalling. The entire area was extremely smelly, to the point where it smelled like dead animals were burning—a truly disgusting odor. It was so bad that I would tell any pure vegetarian to absolutely avoid this place.
The food was not hygienic. It was completely unacceptable to learn that they were using the same crockery and cutlery to prepare and serve both their (so-called) vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. This complete disregard for basic hygiene and dietary requirements was nothing short of nonsense.

As this room type is designed for a smaller occupancy, it can feel quite congested for four guests. Additional bedding is provided upon request, and we regret if this was not communicated clearly during your stay.
Regarding amenities such as toothbrushes and shaving kits, these are available on request for extra guests, and we apologize if this process caused any inconvenience. We're especially sorry about the blanket issue—this appears to have been a miscommunication, and we will ensure such lapses do not recur.
