Horrible experience
We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay at this resort. what we got was a truly miserable experience. First off, the staff was a huge problem. The management was completely non-interactive and didn't seem to speak any language other than Tamil, which made communication incredibly difficult. We felt ignored and unsupported throughout our stay. The room itself was in terrible condition. The remote controls for both the TV and AC were broken, and we couldn't even connect to the internet on the TV. The bathroom had a foul, unpleasant odor, and it was obvious that the bedsheets and pillow covers hadn't been changed before our arrival. To top it all off, when we went to use the tap in the kitchen, we were met with disgusting yellowish water. The amenities were also a joke. We were told there was no access to the swimming pool when we checked in, which was a huge letdown for our kids. There's no restaurant on-site, which we weren't aware of beforehand, and the resort is located incredibly far from the main area of Pondicherry. The parking situation was also a nightmare, with no proper spaces available. It truly felt like they were more focused on a private party they were hosting than on the paying customers who had booked rooms. For the exorbitant amount we paid, we expected a certain level of service and comfort, and this resort failed on every single count. We would never recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome stay and value for money

Excellent Stay
Though we had a very short stay, ambience was good. Manager was courteous and very helpful. Support staff got full marks. Breakfast was too good. Will recommend to other friends. Thanks
