I reached on day one at night 9 pm the reception desk said rooms full.. I said I have a reservation they said no my name isn’t there I got a shock. showed phone message/ print copy and said full payment done I remained stern and waited for half an hour. meanwhile said if rooms are full and a clerical mistake occurred call up the owner, arrange a room in a similar TSV Hotel and provide conveyance to my conference avenue for the two days I am there. Sat in the lounge and waited and prayed Reception man called up elsewhere and then after some time said- here is the key for the room I breathed a sigh of relief. Should have called him up after booking.. but many TSV Hotel phone numbers are difficult to find and most inactive
