The hotel property was very good, there's a private beach which is 500 meters from the property. Use a vehicle to go to the beach. Property was nice, parking was good and staff were friendly. We had a very short stay but it was comfortable. Plan your food orders ahead as it took some time to get delivered and the food price were bit costly. There were some renovations going on & the Swimming pool was under maintenance when we went.

Overall Good Stay but room had maintenance issues
We recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room 225 and 107 were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the property was inviting. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlight was food — both room service and the restaurant offerings were delicious and well-prepared. Though they have very limited menu (specially for vegetarians) but they made out of menu dishes for us and my toddler. However, I did encounter some issues with the washroom. There was a clogging problem that caused some inconvenience, and the sanitary fittings were unusually tight, making them a bit difficult to use. I reported this to the front desk, and while they were responsive, the issue did affect the overall comfort of my stay. That said, if these maintenance concerns are addressed, I’d be happy to stay here again, as the food and hospitality were otherwise excellent.

Excellent Stay
Love the tranquility of the resort plus there are tons of activities available like handball, badminton, a good 6 feet deep swimming pool. Excellent and very attentive staff. In house kitchen meals were farm to table kind fresh and delicious. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Short stay at Resort with fa
Deluxe Room were clean and bathroom also. Property was average and lawn was not well maintained. Swimming pool was ok. Dining staff were new so service was not good. Breakfast was average, not so good.

Excellent Stay
Entire resort was very clean and well maintained. Swimming pool was so clean. They also have a playground where we played cricket and football.Staffs were very friendly.

I recently stayed at Mango Hill La Serene and had a truly pleasant experience. The food was consistently good. The service throughout my stay was excellent,. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Prakash, Pavithra, and Suresh for their warm hospitality and helpful nature. They were always available and ready to assist with a smile, which made a big difference. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere and is a great place for a relaxing stay.

I had been to mango hill resort with my family. 6 adults and 3 kids The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were really sweet enough to give us milk for a toddler as complimentary. Lunch was good and quality of food was good. The staff was always there for anything asked with all the room service. Only feedback is that is there was no lift for my mom to climb upstairs and the quality of breakfast was not upto the mark so if you are travelling with elderly person then book the rooms in ground floor. Wonderful staff. Bfast needs improvement.
Wonderful staff & hospitality with decent rooms. Breakfast needs vast improvement and gets delayed if the hotel is fully occupied. Veg buffet for lunch & dinner is not there. Ala carte is available and good is tasty. Dining room to include air conditioning.

Mango Hill La Serene Puducherry property is located close to Paradise beach, well maintained property with lot of greenery around with mango trees, swimming pool. Staff is so polite and helpful. Overall we had very pleasant stay and definitely recommend for every one.

Limited food option
Stay was good. Baths were clean and rooms well maintained. The pool was decent. However, we were really disappointed with the food menu. Very limited options. The menu had several items, but they were not available for serving on the day.
