Average stay
Our experience to stay in this hotel was average. Rooms are decent and comfortable. The property doesn’t provide a car parking and you have to park the vehicle on the road.

Hello Neeraj Thank you for your review. As all our guests know while doing a booking with us it is clearly mentioned that we do not have car parking at the Resort but cars can be parked on the main road opposite our Restaurant. Regrets if you had not seen this when you did a booking
Good Stay
Serenity by the sea has a big, clean pool. The room was big and clean; has an ac, fan, and a fridge but no electric kettle. Beddings were clean. Breakfast is not included. You can have breakfast and other meals at the attached restaurant, karlton grill. It's close to the main road and around a 10minute walk to candolim beach.

Average Stay
The stay is good and the pool was very clean, rooms were spacious, the owner was friendly, beach is close by and shops are close by for shopping too. Only thing i felt is they can provide milk and coffee sachets in the room

For the rate at which we are selling our rooms it is simply not possible to provide milk, coffee n sugar together with cups and a kettle in our rooms. Milk and coffee sachets can easily be purchased by our guests.
Excellent Stay
The stay was too clean and the service was fabulous. They provided everything we needed from rental bikes to cabs.

Average Stay
Room was good. Pool timing can be extended till 10pm (instead of 7pm. Cupboard and locker was not working. Shower, refrigerator, air conditioner are working good. Power cut at times but comes back quickly. Tv only have hindi channel subscription.

Hello karrhik thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Pool timings cannot be extended as the cleaning and filtration process needs to be done. Locker keys are given on request and power supply is provided by the government. As for the frequent power cuts we do start our gen-set as soon as the electricity goes off. Good Stay
The stay was good only thing i missed was room service, no phone available in rooms otherwise the property is nice and clean and it's near candolim so it's perfect for those who like peaceful environment.

A decent day stay
This place is great as a location but a laid back place. Pool is good and room as well but looks old. Needs little maintenance and some pump up. Like rooms had ants and fridge had a disgusting smell. Linens weren’t clean. Balcony wasn’t kept 1% clean and had poops of birds on chair. Also, no one to brief about what how etc. But there is a lady who is super helpful over calls. Go for it for location. Else it’s ok.

Superb location, staff were very polite, supportive and understanding. Candolim beach is very near from this location. All the restaurants near the resort have quality food. .

Our initial stay at the property was for 3 nights. However; the way host Clitta handled our stay we extended our stay. We are now looking for to stay again at the same property.

The stay here was good. Pool, room and location was very nice. Things to improve: dental kits, shampoo, conditioner should be given price should have been much lower

Average
Plus point is the swimming pool for sure. Clean and well maintained. Owner was also good. Rated average because room was not as per our expectations. There was no service phone in the room, floor was slippery may be because recently cleaned. We had to leave due to an emergency but that problem was solved so we changed hotel.

Hello Mahesh, Thank you for taking the time to review us. You must have been aware while booking that our restaurant was closed for the month of August and will be opening shortly. And while we do not offer complimentary tea we do give 2 bottles of mineral water complimentary every single day.
Clean, big rooms, very helpful people
familyI visited for 2 days with my family and book a double bed room. The room was very spacious and had a balcony. There was a pool as well in the hotel. The room service guy was very helpful. The owner helped us in getting to a good restaurant. Very nice stay in overall.
