Staff was not sweet. We asked for a towel and soap they did not provide. The owner was rude too. Too commercial

Room is dirty, there is no as neatness as shown in pictures, AC was not working, there is no hot water, took bath all days in cold water, if asked to reception they said to talk to MMT, they said as they've mentioned as no breakfast provided to MMT but you guys haven't removed from website. I've selected for breakfast, as there is no kitchen in property i didn't get breakfast. So i need full refund of breakfast amount to my original payment Method.
