location is good. host and caretakers are friendly. Structure being a bit old, have seepage issues. Apart from that, location of the property is good. All in all, the property is definitely recommended for home-stay nearby Candolim beach.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location of the property is good but the maintenance is quite poor. In short, here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Location: 5 minutes walk from Candolim beach. 2 minutes walk from supermarket - Delfinos and several restaurants on the main Candolim Calangute road. 2. Quiet and good privacy: It is located inside a gated community, with private entrance and away from the main road. Hence there is no noise or disturbance. 3. The villa itself is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has all necessary utensils, cookware and serve-ware. Television, Jacuzzi and geysers work well. Cons: 1. Poor maintenance: The villa is very poorly maintained. During our stay we encountered the following issues: a) Bathroom doors not locking - The Bathroom door of ground floor bedroom door had a broken handle. We couldn't lock it from inside. Upon our request, the service staff called the Carpenter, who removed the handle and took it away for repairs. For the 3 days of our stay, we had to operate with an un-lockable bathroom door. Similarly, the first floor bedroom - Bathroom got locked when our family member was inside. We came to know it, after the member was shouting loudly from inside. 2. A/Cs not cooling : The bedroom and main hall ACs were not cooling at all. After we requested, the service staff realized it and called the maintenence mechanics. The bedroom AC was repaired on day -2 but the main hall AC didn't get repaired at all. 3. Bath towel replacement took 2 days, despite our request. The service staff mentioned that they had limited towel stock (1 per person). Each person got a fresh towel only on 3rd day after several requests.

It was written private pool property on mmt but no private pool was there

The place is well located. Close to the beach and restaurants, shopping. The staff was very helpful when responsive. The only issue was with the cleanliness. Place is not very well maintained and we had to point out the issues with the cleanliness. However the same were sorted willingly by the cleaning lady. Needs to be cleaned and maintained well.

property location is good and vila is average, not maintained properly, we found lots of bug n ants on bed, was not able to sleep. Jacuzzi control panel does not work lot of mosquitos bathroom was smelly there were not enough bowls and quarter plates in kitchen enough for 6 people there was a shared swimming pool and it was not clean

We stayed there for couple of days. The location is good and built of the property was fine, however faced a water crisis on one of the mornings and tap water could not be arranged properly even after hours of notice. Besides, to call out the fact, hottub over there misses the heating function.

The Villa was spacious, well maintained. Laxmi was very polite, helpful and took good care of us. Jacuzzi was amazing. Thanks Puneet ☺️ Worth the stay!!!
