Dear Guest, After staying at our property for 4 nights, you called me on the day of your Check out and were very happy and satisfied about the property and the services we provided, you wanted a LATE CHECK OUT as your flight was at night. I couldn't oblige as we had another booking. Still you left one and half hour late. Our Hot/Cold water is round the clock, there is never an issue. We provide 2 soaps and 2 shampoo in each room. If guest requests for more, we happily provide them. You rented a JBL Party speaker and were playing loud music and were seen enjoying in the pool most of the time, day or night. We didn't stop you. We have 2 caretakers who takes care of your needs round the clock. Please do visit us next time, will try my best to provide you better services and a very LATE CHECK OUT Regards,

Exceptional resort for a group

If you are a group of 4 or 6 people, this is the best resort in anjuna. It is very well secluded from all the hustles of the city. It is also one of the cheapest resorts in goa with a private pool. Services were excellent and we had a great stay in villa de royale.

Safety and basic requirements

Except basic necessities things you will find insects and spider and lizard too. Safety is a major concern. Mr rahul is only safety tool you will have. You will have to purchase bottles of water from outside. They will provide only two bottles in case they don't forget to provide. You will have wifi which does not work properly. You will have a garden of no use. No parking area. Except the location nothing was good or we can say average. Not recommended

Dear guest, during your 2 days stay at our property you never brought any issue to our notice. Kindly list the basic necessities things that we have according to you and please tell us what more you want us to add, we will definitely accept your suggestions. You asked for extra bottles of water at the time of check out. We do provide 2 bottles of water per day to our guests, if you need anything more our caretaker is always available to run errands without any extra charge. Our guests have never faced any safety issue till date, what was your concern about safety ? what safety issue did you face ? we have private parking for 6 cars and 10 bikes together. You had a rented scooty with you, did you face parking problems ? we have a hi speed wi-fi, did you actually use it ? atleast you agree we have a garden but what use you wanted to put it to ? unless you tell us how will we know. Thanks for appreciating our location though. Regards, manager

An amazing property that allows you all the space you need for a fun and quiet stay. The lawn and pool area is massive and can host a party by itself. The rooms are spacious and neat, the bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Only drawback was 1 ac stopped working during our trip.

The property has two separate giant rooms. Extremely well ventilated with ceiling fans and ac. Room is beautiful and the plot is serene. Bathroom hygine level could be improved auch as the hand shower was broken, stands were dirty with dead insects, dove soap instead of hand wash. It had beautiful, neat pool and huge lawn. Still the place is under construction. Will visit again
