Heritage Stay
One of the most beautiful properties for those who like vintage and old properties to stay when in Lucknow with the most exquisite Restaurant Azark . There are few shortcomings which gets completed on requests . But overall a very nice stay

Excellent Stay
My experience was great especially housekeeping by Ajay Kumar - and rest of the ground staff were also super helpful and warm. The hotel stay was very comfortable and felt homely at the same time, and the services were top notch too. The vegan chocolate mousse, the desi tea and the biscuits served with tea coffee are worth a special mention too. I have frequented this hotel many times in the past 3-4 years and I was happy to see the same charm and standard being maintained even today.

Asthetic Traditional Homelike Hote
I got to know about this hotel from my friend, location of the hotel is good and near to many important lucknow public spot. Hotel look is aesthetic, painted with color of Indian way of serving guests with traditional uniform. Food served was good and rate is bit on higher side.

Need to focus on rat
Room were spacious offered early check in each and everything was good except complimentary buffet, there was a rat on dessert table which spoiled entire experience

Beauty in the Buildings
We had booked the room after reading a number of reviews of the hotel. Centrally located beautiful big rooms and property. The day we reached there was a shooting for a film going on. The staff checked us in, we waited the for the welcome drink, which never came, nor did the fruit platter, which was part of the package we booked. Overpriced menu, coffee, spa and bar. over hyped hotel. During our two day stay there was no warmth felt from the hotel staff. When the complaint of bad smell was told to the reception, they used a room freshner to mask the smell, which it did partially. The food was not exceptional for the hype that was there for the hotel. overall an average stay experience, thanks to the beautiful property otherwise was below average one. The only positive part of the stay was the beautiful property and warm and friendly parking staff.

COULD BE BETTER!
Ambience and food was definitely good with a beautiful decor. Although, there were damp on the wall in our provided room and the bathroom tiles were covered with moss. Could be better as they charged around 8500 Rs for 1 Day stay.
