I had a wonderful stay here! The rooms are spotless and very well maintained, giving a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. had a wonderful stay at the hotel. they upgraded my room and gave a complimentary spa voucher. the food was delicious and breakfast spread was superb. the service was excellent. overall had a very comfortable stay

Worst hotel experience
worst hotel ever visited out of more than 50 five star hotels. Breakfast very pathetic even 3 star hotels have better breakfast quality. Staff behaviour very unprofessional. Never recommend anyone to stay here.

Not a fair charge
Lunch and dinner was included in the booking , we arrived late so didn’t had lunch but asked for couple of sandwiches in the room . We also didn’t had dinner. During checkout we were charged for the sandwiches. It was quite not right especially when I booked two suits and spend 2.5 lakh on the function that night get charged for couple of sandwiches when we didn’t avail the lunch or dinner which we were entitled for .

Pleasant Stay !
We’ve stayed as a couple while visiting Lucknow to watch the IPL match. We have stayed here before as a family group and had wonderful and pleasing experiences both the times. The staff is courteous and the amenities are good. Although a design and facilities are of an older manner and the building is also an older construction however they provide all kind of modern facilities and amenities. The food is very nice and the Pool is awesome to spend time. A rejuvenating spa with steam and sauna is there on property.

Terrible Stay
The bed in which we stayed was horrible. The bed get sunk in middle, had severe back pain because of that.

Things that impressed me are namely courteous staff, customer friendly policy(they upgraded my room as the one which I was in had a smaller size bathroom). The food at the restaurant was amazingly good... an area to be improved is the swimming pool.

A lot needs to be improved & looked into
Check In was smooth & they lady at the reception helped me with early check in too Male staff at reception are just rude Room was comfortable - had reserved executive room but got a luxury room as their was no price difference Room cleanliness can be looked into - a few spots in the corners & sides where dirty In room dining service was good Restaurant food was good but prices on the higher side totally Staff couldn’t help with late check out which was disappointing - due to renovations at the airport all flights are only available in the morning & evening so became an hassle for me to stay in Lucknow for 6 hours without a stay 😒
