THE HOTEL NEAR LUCKNOW AIRPORT, HOLIDAY IN, WAS VERY GOOD BUT COSTLY . THE ROOM IS VERY GOOD. THE HOTEL, ITS LOCATION NEAR LUCKNOW AIRPORT, THE RECEPTION AND THE HOTEL ROOM IS COST TO VALUE. THE QUALITY OF FOOD IS GOOD BUT THE COST OF THE FOODS ARE EXORBITANT .

Average Hotel to stay
Location is good since it’s near airport and near a metro station. Food was ok. Service was pathetic. They were short staffed and could not manage the crowd. Many items in breakfast and buffet lunch was over before the timing.

Good hotel
Very good hotel and close to airport. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and very good. But they don't provide extra bed even though booking allowed 3 guests and they charged the third guest. Even there is no blanket for the 3rd person.

Good Stay
location is very good,Near airport.Hitel ambience is very nice.Although I would like to point out a few things.The buffet breakfast timing is extremely punctual,which is a good thing I guess ,but we were a lil late,10.35 am to be precise and it was being wound up ,and we were t able to have full breakfast.A lil suggestion to have margin of atleast 15 mins for late guests like us would be highly appreciated.Also we ordered tea only in room,which took around 35 mins to come,and the cup was dirty so needed to be changed. Rest everything is fine and feels good.

Amazing property, location very close to airport, nice breakfast and clean property. very professional staff and spacious, clean beautiful rooms. hygienic and beautiful bathroom. food breakfast was a delicious spread with vide variety of dishes. definitely will stay again in this property when in lucknow

Worth your money
Location : very close to the airport, hardly one and a half kilometres, there's also a metro station walkable from the hotel. Room: spacious, comfortable, good lighting good view from the window The buffet breakfast spread, the pool and the gym were good. About the negatives, you need to provide a soap too because a body wash cannot be used to wash your face, Also there's a need to train the reception staff /trainees in communication and customer management. Overall, a good worth your money option in Lucknow.

nice room with below average services
Rooms were nice, but services like spa pool bars not good. The spa was not operational,no bar, and pool alone open till 8 pm only

overtime stay at Holiday Inn, Lucknow
we booked the hotel for a night's stay as the hotel was near the airport and we wanted to take an early morning flight. The check in experience was very good and fast, the bell boy service was prompt, the beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
