Hotel is nice neat and clean .Rooms are good staff are well behaved it has a nice spa and gym pool also. Food is also good here .Lulu mall is only 2.5km from here which is nice place for hangout and shopping.

The hotel is situated at a beautiful location very close to the LuLu Mall. The swimming pool is very good. The breakfast was excellent, and the hospitality was very good.

Disappointing stay due to noise issue. Despite expecting a good night's sleep, I couldn't sleep the whole night because of people shouting just behind my room. The noise was extremely disturbing and made it impossible to rest. Would not recommend this hotel to others due to lack of soundproofing and noise management. Hope the hotel takes steps to address this issue in the future.

The room were nicely cleaned with linen and was spacious. Staff was very polite nd humble . Food was good

Centrum is not just a hotel—it’s an experience. As part of my professional duties, I travel extensively—almost half the month. While India is home to many remarkable properties in the hospitality space, Centrum stands apart. The thought, design, construction, and overall experience are truly novel. From what I could gather, the architecture beautifully blends stone, wood, and metal, creating an ambiance that is earthy, humble, and yet grand. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the food is thoughtfully curated, and every detail reflects a deep sense of care. A wonderful property—superbly designed. I would love to return.

Overpriced! Room was more of a basic 5 star hotel but price was of the most premium hotel in lucknow. Food menu was limited but good. Mutton Biryani was excellent. Staff behaviour was also excellent(other than the swimming pool attendant who was poorly trained in conducting himself) Construction/Renovation work was going on causing too much sound pollution. Pool(billiards) room was chargeable and not included as part of room charges! Next they might start charging for using other amenities as well. Tennis court was overcrowded and not available for paying guests as club members were exploiting it. Building shows signs of wear and tear. Balcony in room is a plus point and appreciated.

We stayed at the Hotel for a day. The property is located very near to the Lulu Mall. The Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The Food was Good with a good variety of Veg & Non Veg items. Rooms are small compared to other luxurious hotels.

location ambience amenities services hospitality were very appreciable not once was there any glitch throughout the stay food was also good . Just 1 small observation the washrooms of room are too small foe comfort but , you can't get it all !!!

I think they should offer a bigger room once booked for 2 adults and 2 Children age of 12 which will be more comfortable

House keeping was average.. bathrooms were clogged , towels were not kept & coffee sachets were missing.. even the staff were not that trained...

I had a pleasant stay. Location was at a premium locality.. it was very peaceful . Food was delicious.. hotel provided every amenities.. overall i will recommend it to evryone and will sure visit again.

The centram hotel service not good and rooms are not comfortable

Property location is serene, in the middle of the city yet secluded also spacious lush green campus with proper hygiene also great taste with a variety of food in breakfast buffet.

Room hygiene is not up to mark if compare with it’s cost of room.
