Review Of Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow

If you are traveling by train Golden Tulip is the best place to stay. It is very near to Railway station and very convenient to reach. As u enter the premises u will be excited to see a calm and peaceful place in city of honking .Hotel is very neat and clean. Service is very good. Attending staff are polite and helpful. Excellent hospitality.

Hotel staff was good and helping in every way and rooms are nice and aesthetic some rooms are old but maximum are good

Worst experience No supportive staff. Excessive price of food menu. Worst. Never going to this specific hotel in Lucknow.

Horrible experience. Lethargic staff, not proper amenities. Broken Dustbin, drainage issues in shower area, defected mini fridge. Felt like not even staying in 1 star hotel. On top of that people asking to review 5star. Even the rooms was properly cleaned. The empty water bottles were not clear. Need to put my IRD food outside after cleaning it was left like that only. Felt sick in my 2 days of stay.

The room wasn't clean. A concerned person helped us change the room. The new room also wasn't clean either. The food quality was very average. The food service was also not up to the mark. overall not satisfied. 5.5/10.

The location etc is very good but we faced a lot of issues with wifi (in spite of repeatedly highlighting to the hotel staff). The wifi speed was <2mbps. Had booked the hotel so we could work out of it on Day-1 but it was quite a struggle.

definitely not a 5 star experience, no bell desk, no welcome drink, no porters to take luggage immeiately, slow service, no hand towels, only one towel in 2 persons, took 45 mins to supply more, daily affair to ask, no toiletaries as 5 star, ..etc. most discomorting, hot water issue....never got after a long day for all 3 days..and also didn't get on 2 mornings out of 3.. quite an nirritant as well as discomfort... washroom gets flooded after a shower!! room 307...!!location, premises , rooms etc are good, breakfast is good..however, overall a 3 star like experience

Just had an opportunity to spend a night but it was really good ambience was very modern , room was neat and clean breakfast was very really tasty. Will definitely visit again.

We took 2 rooms. They gave one room in premium category and another room in normal category. The service of the premium room was very nice. but the other room faced a poor services. The cost of the food is too high.

I stayed at this property in Oct 2025 with family and had a great experience. Location - 10/10 (It is literally 50 metres away from Hussain Ganj metro station) and close to popular markets such as Hazratganj and Aminabad Market. Rooms - 10/10 (Spacious and well maintained rooms at affordable prices)

Worst hotel services don’t ever want to go back you ask for a food in room dinner menu it come in pics you ask for water, it comedy to ask water and a glass they will make you wait and yell at reception for the same after 1 hr if waiting, you ask for invoice they will not give what a experience I’m going to discontinue MMT for the experience

location is good and metro station is 100mts away.. foods are good.. spa and hospitality from front desk to room service are good..
