Lunch not upto the mark
I was not happy with the lunch served at the hotel.Very few options were given at the time of lunch as it was pre booked with my room. As a committed customer of hyatt i feel this should be done .

terrible bedding with faulty bathroom
This is not at all Hyatt Regency experience. I was expecting. I stayed in room number 1012 double bed was very uncomfortable. Pillow were very old and Flat. Washroom design was made in such a way that the water is coming inside the room. Even the sugar sachet, what they gave with the complimentary Tea table were wet.

Mediocre Experience (Stayed with Family
Just a regular hotel experience that didn’t live up to the Hyatt brand standards. The reception staff were neither courteous nor helpful. It often felt like they were doing us a favour rather than offering genuine hospitality. There was no proper welcome or assistance during check-in, giving the impression of a self-service stay. The only highlight of the visit was the breakfast, which was well-prepared and enjoyable although had long wait times even for prepaid breakfast.

the reception was not good... already one complaining about smoking smell in the room.. the reception guy being too much enquiring about the id which i had 1 year back while visiting..
