Bad I’m room food although duly addressed by chef personally . Bed sheet were moist resulted in my daughter catching cold at night

I had a very pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to access, making travel around the city smooth. Staff members were very polite, helpful, and attentive to requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It was wonderful stay at Taj Lucknow. The moment I entered, welcomed with tilak aarati and refreshing drink. Quick i met with Monika, the guest manager, sweet and super supportive. Food in the restaurant was good. Overall great experience.

We are a loyal customer of Taj hotels and that is the reason when we decided to visit Lucknow we booked the Taj Mahal without a second thought. However, the Taj experience was missing despite the fact that the stay was quite expensive and we would not suggest anyone to stay there because not worth it for the price you pay. The entire staff was dull and was just working for the sake of it, also from Taj this was not expected as the staff is what makes or breaks your experience and the staff here was dull, uninterested and arrogant that is not how you welcome and treat someone especially in Indian culture and in one of the best properties in the country.

Amenities like Wi-Fi and room service worked smoothly, but highlighting other facilities like gym, spa or pool would be helpful for guests. Overall, a pleasant and value-for-money stay.

Worst taj property in terms of employees and room room config . Right from Check in to Bfast offerings , entire show is run by trainees it feels like .

It’s very convenient to reach popular spots in Lucknow from here. The room was simply the best – spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The attention to detail in cleanliness and décor really stood out, making the stay feel luxurious. The service was exceptional. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The food was outstanding – from breakfast to dinner, every meal carried the authentic Taj quality. The flavors were rich, and the variety was impressive. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, which was absolutely amazing. It was well-maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. selected garden view room after seeing pictures on website. it took 45 minutes and viewing 4-5 rooms,after we were given partial Pool view room. so, take extra care before booking your hotel. TAJ it self has great goodwill. other services such as dining, breakfast are fabulous. Lobby is spacious ,entrance is fine. Reception is co-operative.

On 18 August 2025, we checked in Hotel Taj, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. In our booking, I preferred dinner and breakfast. When we reached for dinner in the dining hall, we have been asked about Chapati.. We asked them to provide a missi roti and one Tandoori roti. Thereafter visited on a table admitted for 25 minutes for getting roti.. After 25 minutes, a person came and handed over Tava rotis saying that can you take it and we will serve you the required rotis in a short while. The tur Dal was the best preparation and rest poor preparations. So overall, we are disappointed by Hotel Taj.

The stay at Taj was decent. staff were really polite and helpful. We stayed for my Son's birthday and they managed all very well.

The way we were welcomed at Taj Mahal Lucknow touched my heart. The behaviour of the staff, food and services are so good that the words that come out of my mouth automatically are - Wah Taj!
