Invoice issues like alway
MMT gives an invoice where there is no breakup of price. Hotel given me a GST invoice which is less than the amount paid by me to MMT. Now I am to deal with the customer care to get an invoice to know what are the other charges for. This is not done. Why can't you people decide with the partner hotel and one of you give a complete GST invoice of the value that I paid. All your partner hotels refuse to give invoice at first and then on multiple requests and insistence they agree to provide. Once I am checked out of hotel and left the city, why am I being made to bother for 24-72 hours after that still to be able to get a genuine invoice for full paid amount from multiple channels

Great Business hotel
Excellent room size and quality of beds. fabulous view of the park and finally superb staff !! I had a higher floor room which was spacious with a sitting area and a superb work desk. Bathroom and the shower 🚿 worked perfectly. The breakfast spread was also sumptuous

I Found this Property through Make my Trip and the experience was not so good. We have early check in offer but we have to wait there for more than 45 min and service was not upto the mark

i don’t understand that
Everything was okay until The hotel people had asked for any extra payment, even though I had already paid the full amount online. But they’ve charged an extra 700 rupees, using the excuse of the new tax regime.

Great location of the stay, In house dining needs improvement
The stay and staff was good, we had to checkout early to travel further and requested to provide tea and fruit platter. Platter was served with a limited amount of fruits to cater 4 people. This kind of service is not expected out of a 5 star property.
