stay was not very promising, rooms were not clean toilets are not clean towels was dirty. services are not up to the mark breakfast and dinner buffet was pathetic no variety.

Nice stay @ Hotel Ramada Lucknow
Very pleasant experience of stay at Hotel Ramada Lucknow. Everything like cleaning, hygiene, food quality, welcoming attitude of Hotel staff was excellent. Only swimming pool size was not in matching with Hotel reputation. Anyway we enjoyed our stay very much.

Poor Stay
First of all I would like to tell you that the security guard at the entrance asks a lot of questions and makes inquiries which becomes very uncomfortable. Secondly, there is no provision or arrangement for overnight stay for the driver in this hotel which is a very bad thing. The rest of the services are also very average.

The location of the Ramada Hotel was quite far and inconvenient. Food service was very average, and even after multiple reminders, the response was delayed. At the main gate, security guards made multiple enquiries, which felt excessive and uncomfortable. The rooms were very average and did not meet expectations. Overall, the stay was below satisfactory.

However, I would like to suggest that the hotel keep some basic medicines such as Dolo, Disprin, or Paracetamol available for guests. I am mentioning this because when I arrived at the hotel, I was suffering from fever. I asked for medicine, but there was no provision for it, so my son and I had to go out and purchase it from outside. Having basic medicines available would be a great help for guests in such situations. Thanks and regards
