Review Of Crowne Plaza Lucknow an IHG Hotel

We’ve booked accommodation for 3 adults. I have to really struggle to get extra bed which is not acceptable at all. Pathetic experience from MMT and the hotel

Courteous staff, newly built, clean, and good food. Stayed overnight while traveling from Delhi to Patna. Poorvanchal Expressway is just a few kilometres away.

We had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The hospitality was outstanding — every staff member was warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious with great variety and quality, and the service throughout was quick and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable. Every detail was taken care of with great professionalism and care. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, great food, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

The stay was comfortable, with spacious rooms providing all basic amenities, alongwith, offering the great spread of breakfast with taste, having a fast connectivity to Lucknow's Porsche residential and business hub.

The hotel was located just beside the main road. The room was neat, clean and cozy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza Lucknow.

Staff is very cooperative, nice food , clean rooms. Location is out of the city so commuting is a bit difficult

My stay at Crowne Plaza Lucknow was very comfortable. The ambience and fragrance of the property created a relaxing vibe. The pool area was serene, and the breakfast buffet had a wide and delicious variety, especially the fresh salads, chutneys, and live counters. Staff was polite and helpful throughout. Overall, a very good experience — just a few small improvements could make it excellent.

Everything was top notch be it the location the service the ambience. Everything was great including the lavish breakfast spread !

The stay was wonderful. The hotel is new and has all the modern facilities you would expect. The food is too notch and all staff are courteous and prompt to help out. The only issue is frequent electricity outages, but mind you, the hotel generator kicks back in within less than 30 seconds every time.
