Kumar hotel near to 1 km charbagh station. I stayed here for 3 days. Staff very cooperative and friendly with less price with facilities tv and geyser. Thank you mm t for introducing nice hotel. They are accessible anytime at night time had a great experiene in lucknow with kumar hotel.

All facilities are poorest ac work nahi karta kisibhi room me tv bhi waisa hi diya hai tootafuta sa bathroom to puchho hi matte geyser tuta futa aisa lag-ta hai jaise kisi hon-ted place par hi k ab kya ho jay e pat a nahi family wale kabhi bhi na jay e waha ye request hai kyu ki k oi family ke rahne layak nahi hai wo hotel unsafe sa feal hoga any time please don't book this hotel thank you.

The room was very dirty. Bed-sheet was having so many holes. Lizard was strolling on bed. Neither tower bolts nor handles were fixed on toilet door on both sides. No proper supply of water, even water tapes were not working properly.

No cleaning. No WiFi. Hotel is the worst Hotel of charbagh Lucknow. Guys seriously the room, staff, and the location is disgusting. The staff boy is such a ill mannered boy, he behave with his attitude. Don't go for money. Believe me don't go for this Hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no cleanliness in room as well as in bathroom. After getting frustrated we make complaint to reception but they didn't respond and we directly make complain to MakeMyTrip, then they apologize by refunding the half of the total amount. Don't go for this Hotel.
