Staff behavior, food and facilities all was good. Also location.

According to room rate the interior was not up to the mark wall was damaged in some area colour is washout in somewhere and floor was not clean.

The bed sheet were not changed even sweeping was not done, place is dingy wally are dirty the staff was not satisfactory at all

Pathetic, no parking space. Hotel was situated inside a very narrow street. I have not checked in and left the hote. Requested for refund but not yet addressed. Mmt must verify the hotels before adding to thr group.

I liked this hotel very much. Hotel staff, chai and food is also very good. Looking forward to come here again.

Location is ok from railway station. But in amenities were very poor standard, air conditioner not working properly, fan not properly working, room cleaning is so bad, food is too much bad. Intercom facility was not available in room, no proper response for any query from staff, lift was closed frequently closed and other etc. I strongly recommends to all to avoid this hotel to stay with family. Such a very bad experience.

Location is good but bed is not clean and room is too small. Overall good in budget. I reached the location through google map.

Could be better service in terms of cleaning, locality and service. The lift was not working. I had to take my luggages from the third floor.

Provided room in other hotel not in the same due to shortage of rooms and the rooms in other hotel were very dirty and without bathroom water

Good location near lucknow railway station.

According to me the stay in hotel manas is not very good some problem that i have faced in the hotel is cleanness room is not clean, no blankets cover is provided to us that's why we have to use blankets without cover which is already used by many people previously, no television is working in the room and faced many other problems like place of hotel is interior and very narrow road exist to reach hotel no cab is reached to hotel gate overall my experience towards this hotel is not good it's below average.

Hotel i located charbagh station 500 mitre from charbagh station but room was not clean geyser not working over all bad service

Well the hotel is near to station inside a gully. And staff are good. And well maintain. If you are about to catch the train amd your budget is low then only book this hotel. Rest dont expect anything.
