Property location and property values is great no doubt , Rooms are also specious and having all modern facilities, only issue is Management and services. The Hotel management team is not like any modern 5 star hotels professionals. The front desk is very small with only few chairs , no sitting arrangements for waiting in entire lobby this is really sad , if you have guest you have to stand as no sitting arrangements on foyer , below -1 is hall or cafe or restaurant what ever you called Birender Hall it’s old transitional hall used for breakfast and whole day restaurant, Falaknuma restaurant oh floor 9 is very elegant and serves Awadh cuisine with live ghazal performances , it’s beautiful in night , I highly appreciate this one with limited cuisines, overall it’s old traditions and the food. I enjoyed all except no waiting and sitting area and hotel staff quality and services

Clarks Avadh is like an heritage property more than 50 years old, that is walking distance from Hazratganj and close to the old city. Its Falaknuma restaurant has a great view of the River Gomti and listening to ghazals can take you to the 70s & 80s. I have been here many times since 2016, so it's not new to me. The renovation during Covid has made it more beautiful. The Birendra Mahal restaurant is an aesthetic delight, probably the most beautiful in Lucknow. It's a bit steep on pricing for its helpings but that's a management call, the chefs and the serving staff are really paying attention to the guests.

I liked the service of the hotel. They let us check in early and didn't bother us for check out time as well. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room that was given to us had a good view of the city as well and the location of the hotel is great as we were able to book cabs very easily. Quality of food was good but kadhai paneer could be better but the portion was good.

We stayed at Clarks Inn for what I believe was our second time, and trust me, I was not disappointed! Our stay was truly happy and calming. The property’s location in the heart of the city is a big plus, and we were lucky to get a river-view room that made the experience even more serene. The breakfast spread was lavish and delicious, and the staff were warm, polite, and incredibly accommodating. They even went out of their way to prepare special baby food for my infant, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more comfortable. The recent renovations have given the property a fresh, modern look, making it even more inviting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d happily choose Clarks Inn again on my next visit!

Need to improve the quality of food specially in non-veg. Lucknow is famous for its kabab & biryani, but we have missed it.
