Hotel Golden Sky

The property is very close to Lucknow Railway station. The staffs are extremely helpful and the whole property is under strong CCTV coverage. The restaurant on the ground floor offers very good food. The room service is also very good.

The room and toilet were stinking . There were small cockroaches in the toilet. The breakfast was ok .

The room door lock is damaged, that is the first problem. Then bed sheets are not washed or never washed. Full dust inside the room. No plug points and additionally the bathroom heater power point is in damaged condition and hanging in the wall. How do i rate this hotel and room?

The image is very different from actual, room are very smelly, bed quality is very bad and unclean, room has bad odour, when ask to change the room they showed another dirty room

As compare to price of the room I find it little more as you have better option on this price. Room need to be more ventilated and need to have some renovation.

First day the curd was smelling very bad and the Secomd day the tea kettle was broken from front and was very dirty. Has taken the video of that. Tell me where to share. Also the room was very dirty and full of mosquitoes have weight more than me.

There should be a table and chairs in each room so that travellers can work
