Food is simple and good in taste as per our choice , location is good on main road and facilities are so excellent

Cockroach in room In extra beding they served us 1st 2inch foam Then we upgrade our room then they providr us folding with matteress Also manager was very rude

Ambience of the property was good. We booked 3 rooms for our stay of one night. Old premises, refurbished. In one room AC was not working, in another there was no hot water. Service was good. Overall, it's not so good experience.

The place looked fine from outside so I just booked it as I had to stay only for a night as I had to board the train the next morning, which was a big mistake. The rooms were dirty and very badly kept there were no amenities provided, I just ordered soup and bread but somehow they managed to ruin that as well.....overall not a great place to stay.

The process was easy the location of hotel was near charbagh railway station so it was easier to get on station time. The staff was also polite.

Quality of room and food is average, amenities are poor services are also average. No choice of complementary breakfast & if you want to choose you have to pay for everything. No dental kit, shaving kit are available, you have to go out to purchase everything. Overall experience is not good according to the category of 3 star hotel. This is just a 1 star hotel.

Good hotel to stay, nearby railway station & metro. Also well connected with main market. Cons- didn't get toothpaste, shampoo to use. Purchased from outside shop early morning

The first two rooms they gave ac was not working, fans were making very loud noise. All the rooms had bad odour.

Despite ample parking space, guests are not permitted to park their vehicles, indicating a focus that prioritizes the hotel's management over guest needs. Don’t even try this hotel.
