The hotel was good as per my budget. The staff was nice and cooperated well. Bathroom hygiene can be inproved. My car was also parked safely. Overall it was a good experience and I'll recommend this hotel further.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was decent, but if the bedsheet and blanket were a bit better, the stay would have been perfect!

first , they given me room with full of cockroaches. I raised complaint then they shifted me to a good room. Staff behaviour is ok bit they respond very lately. I ordered morning tea and they took almost 40 min for it. overall average.

I came here for an exam and stayed for a night but the arrangements were excellent, there was no problem in check-in or check-out, the behaviour of all the staff was excellent and polite.The room and bathroom were clean and very peaceful. Coming from Alambagh and Charbagh, near the metro, away from the crowd, was very easy and the service was fast on ordering anything and whatever I ate there was good.

I come to attend a examination. There is no relatives my side to stay in lko. So aditya mishra my friend book this hotel.

Excellent staff and a prime Charbagh location. However, cleanliness was disappointing; sticky linen and a smelly bathroom made for a poor overall experience.

The hotel was okay. I was stuck in the lift. Washroom was also not clean.

The room and the hotel is as you would expect from a hotel near railway station which gives commission to autowallah bringing them customers. The room looked old and the linen had lot of holes for a place which claims to be no smoking. Also, the room had a lingering smell and I needed to spray my deo to cover it up and get to sleep. Washroom was only okay as well like things were working condition but how you would expect. We arrived at 10 in the night and left at 6 in the morning. So did not have experience with other things. Also, felt itchy from the blanket that was given. Choose only if want one night stay just to crash.

Laundary(towel) is not available, shower is not working , toilet flush is not working even intercom phone is not working, these are basic thing not working there than what you expect from a hotel??

Absolutely Weird treatment . Just not recommended for any type of travellers. Make sure to check well before booking any such places

It’s was good the staff is good and well management

The lift was not working. Also, the room and toilet were not properly cleaned. Bedsheet had stains. Even the new bedsheet after changing had stains on it.

Location was easy to find. Food was also good but blanket, towel and bedsheet was stinky. And they are unable to change the bedsheet and blanket.

As per my observation here in nirmal place hotel is excellent. 1careing staff. 2. Very good service. 3 clean water. 4. Very clean and comfortable rooms with full ac. And in future i will get back to this one and going to recommend my family and friends. .

Hotel is budget friendly. I rented delux suit room for my family having 4 adults. They gave me 1 room but actually it was two rooms because of partition. Ac of my room was having a problem. It's outlet was inside room and drained into a 15 litre bottle that got filled in the night. In the next morning, whole floor of room was filled with water. Otherwise, it's budget friendly. Kitchen also opens at morning 7. 00am and closes at 11. 00 pm.
