Crowne Plaza Lucknow an IHG Hotel

Had a great stay at Crown Plaza Lucknow. The check in was very smooth and fast. The ambience is lovely with well appointed rooms and the spread at the breakfast was very elaborate. Overall a great stay

the hotel room is very nice. breakfast buffet is having a variety of option. cleanliness and hospitality is quite awesome.

Stay was good, location is also good, food qwality is nice, and overall facility is very good, I was stayed first time in this hotel but I am satisfied. I wiil recommend to all of you to stay here

Courteous staff, newly built, clean, and good food. Stayed overnight while traveling from Delhi to Patna. Poorvanchal Expressway is just a few kilometres away.

The food was absolutely delicious with great variety and quality, and the service throughout was quick and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable. Every detail was taken care of with great professionalism and care. The stay was comfortable, with spacious rooms providing all basic amenities, alongwith, offering the great spread of breakfast with taste, having a fast connectivity to Lucknow's Porsche residential and business hub.

The hotel was located just beside the main road. The room was neat, clean and cozy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza Lucknow.

Staff is very cooperative, nice food , clean rooms. Location is out of the city so commuting is a bit difficult

My stay at Crowne Plaza Lucknow was very comfortable. The ambience and fragrance of the property created a relaxing vibe. The pool area was serene, and the breakfast buffet had a wide and delicious variety, especially the fresh salads, chutneys, and live counters. Staff was polite and helpful throughout. Overall, a very good experience — just a few small improvements could make it excellent.

Everything was top notch be it the location the service the ambience. Everything was great including the lavish breakfast spread !

The stay was wonderful. The hotel is new and has all the modern facilities you would expect. The food is too notch and all staff are courteous and prompt to help out. The only issue is frequent electricity outages, but mind you, the hotel generator kicks back in within less than 30 seconds every time.
