The parking facility is very poor. My car scratched when parking. Room is not properly clean. Staff behaviour is not good. Plz improve. I m a regular customer of your property but now this time it is a very bad experience I found

It was a very ordinary old hotel near railways station. Noting great about it except that they provided toiletries. Towels were very old and turned grey in colour. Breakfast was ok as per hotel pricing.
