I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. The location is also perfect — peaceful yet close to all major attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Terrible Stay

There was no lock on the main door the badsheet was used and there were a lot of hairs on it there was nothing in the bathroom not even handwashing or soap. When I asked about these things the hotel Asked me to cancel my booking and gave me assurance that i will get my money back but me after i cancelled i never received a single penny.

Stay was nice with good location and view of the lake but no remote for ac provided, door lock was hard to open or close, bathroom was not upto the mark. Breakfast was good and overall deluxe room was good

Rooms are spacious ! Services were excellent ! The bestest part is the lake/ waterfront view ! As it’s a corner property ! So can enjoy the Rains too ! Though we have experienced a small time shower in the month of March !

Stay was comfortable location was good staff behaviour was awesome but tea arrangements in room was not proper intercom was not working water bottle per guest was not supplied expected two towels for couple bathroom sleepers expected

Hotel was not clean. Both the hotel premises and the room were booked. Also the washroom had no lock. Basic amenities such as lift and geyser were not working.
