Landmark is actually a Landmark of Kanpur as one and only 5 star hotel of Kanpur but it wasn’t truly a 5 star experience. Though the property is good but food and breakfast buffet was not of good quality and taste, it could have been better. Overall it was satisfactory and rating cannot exceed 4

The A.C was just not working, the Imperial room which was the best available was full of dust when we checked in.Ultimately our rooms were changed.Food was average. Ultimately they are taking advantage of being the best available option in kanpur.

It was very worst experience, at night my car got hit by another car, even after proper video footage of 12:40, they are not compensating for anything plus they are not picking up my call after that and adamant on not doing anything

The rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent, and extremely well mannered. In these times when hotels are cutting down on staff, it is heartening to see them maintain service standards and adequate numbers of both senior and junior staff. I have stayed with them literally every month for the past two years and am a big fan. The food at waterside and room service is excellent. By far the best hotel in Kanpur
