Worst bus i have taken other bus

Everything was excellent over there, from staff, services and food. There was nothing to complaint. I can say, from all of my hotels stay, this one is bestest.

No hangers are provided. Cutlery items are also not very clean. Super deluxe room is also very small. Overall, the room and services are not worth it.

I am a regular guest to the place but this time it was not clean as earlier. Needs to improvise on it

If you are looking for a centre city area this is the best option. Actually this hotel is in mid of cloth market.

It was good to stay

Hotel was pathetic. I had to upgrade from deluxe double room (cost rs1881) to super deluxe double room (additional cost rs500. Even in super deluxe room, ac was not cooling even when temperature set at 17 deg c. No restaurant. There was no lift although before booking hotel manager confirmed lift accessibility. Morning break fast was complimentary but only a paratha, sandwich and toast. No fruit juice. So i had to ask from non chilled fruit juice. Intercom was dead. I had to go to reception for every need. Rude staff and uncaring. Second guest water bottle was chargeable only 1 was complimentary.

Not safe for foreigner "this hotel is not safe to travel for foreigners and other guests. We experienced multiple incidents during our stay that left us deeply disappointed. Staff entered our room without permission, and valuable items were stolen, including expensive jackets just before our departure. Despite reporting these incidents, the management was unhelpful and even subjected us to unnecessary searches of our luggage. The conditions were unsanitary with no proper cleaning. We initially booked at status business club but had to move to kingston resort abruptly, only to face additional charges for room and made us pay for breakfast. Before moving they haven't informed us about surplus charges but after moving they ask us to pay more and more. Despite paying additional charges, they asked us again and again to move our hotel again. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I urge travellers to reconsider staying here. Going to look for the bed. We paid for extra bed and there was no extra bed. Room was leaking in rain. No cleanliness and poor condition
