don't go to this hotel. very bad management, uncleaned bad torn furniture, lots of insects, and dust on bad. uncleaned dirty bathroom. running tap, no face towel, slipper in bathroom. bad quality of shampoo etc.and most importantly in the name of extra mattress they provide hard type mattress for sleep on floor. the mattress over bad is not in one part it's in 2 parts and uncomfortable for sleep. only chef is good. below 3rd class hotel in high price. never recommend to anyone.

worst experience staying at this hotel. while most hotel in kanpur offer breakfast between 7:30 and 8:00 Am. this one could not even start serving by 8:30 AM, On top of that there were water issues in the washroom, which made the stay even more uncomfortable

The stay was decent, but some amenities were lacking. The room didn't have hot water, the cleanliness needed improvement, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working. The rest of the location was fine.

Himansu hotel location wise good. All amenities are good. But man management is not at all good . Behaviour of manager not good.Should some politeness required.

I had booked a room on the basis of online reviews. I arrived at Hotel before time but was given a room without a question. I am highly impressed with service. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely prefer this property whenever I am in Kanpur

it was nice staying in it.......the staff was humble. The rooms were neat and clean with all amenities. check-in time was early and they didn't deny even once and politely and we were given 1 hour prior to that. great stay in this price

Very Disappointing Stay Experience My experience during the stay was extremely disappointing. The first room that was given to us was full of cockroaches — it was completely unhygienic. We immediately requested a room change and were shifted to another room. However, in that room, the bathroom door wasn’t opening at all; it was locked from inside. Again, I had to raise a complaint, and we were moved to yet another room. When we finally settled in the third room, we ordered food — but the food quality was absolutely terrible. To make things worse, there was a cockroach on the food itself! We couldn’t even eat it. I informed the staff about this issue the next morning during billing, but no discount or apology was offered. I even showed them the pictures and proof of the cockroaches, but still, there was no positive response from their side. Overall, the service, hygiene, and management were extremely poor. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel is great. Although 10 years old but is well maintained and the staff is really well behaved. Few improvement here and there and it is more than a 3 start hotel.

The shower was not working, Ac was making such a noise that it felt it's going to explode, room was untidy, more than half the menu from the restaurant were not available.
