Service is very slow. Deliux room is better then another hotals. Better than next best hotals. Service & food

Overall good experience in the hotel, recommended for everyone, Few thinks need to improve ie cleaning of the rooms and toilet .

The accomodation was good and the facilities also. The staff were also nice and cooperative . But we did not get hot water in the shower our whole stay. The reception were always telling it will come but they had to arrange hot water in buckets always.That is the only issue and also we saw rats in the room may be some pest control is required. Otherwise the stay was good

There was some sort of pungent smell, predominantly near the reception. The room was small when comparing it with it's high cost. Food was good, but costly.

Terrible property. Smell. No cleanliness. Cockroaches and mosquitoes run all over rooms and the premises. Dirty walls. Bathroom are not cleaned. Wifi not working. They don’t come for cleaning unless insisted.
