The Deep Hotel (Govind Nagar)

Extremely poor service. No bathroom slippers no professionalism. All bed sheets dirty and bed worms were visible.

Room service is extremely poor..there were insects and flies in the room. Bed worms were present in the bedsheet.

Very bad experience I’m not comfortable I’m booked this hotel 2days but I’m not stay this hotel . I’m also booked other hotel same day waste of money bad rooms not clean staff and service very bad and room was not clean I can’t explain very bad experience.. I’m feel guilt booked this hotel waste of money don’t book this hotel everybody’s

Very bad service and behaviour receptionist and reastaurent morning shift manager, they guys are adding extra food bill and ask to pay money they don’t have and bill customer signature and adding bill to customer and ask to pay even after asking me to check your cctv camera they denied and behave very rude, i don’t know who are the owner of this hotel, but i suggest to owner please train to these staff how to serve customer service orders you loos number of guests every day

No hot water availability dirty smell in rooms non ceeperative staff

worst stay ever in my life. rooms dirty, bathrooms unhygienic. 🦟 are member of your rooms. room service takes 1 hour to fuillfil your orders. plz plz never stay in this hotel

Property was good but clean nhi tha. Staff service bhi achha tha. Safayi agar thodi hoti to hotel bhut achha hota

Very great experience in all the aspects of staying at hotel deep, kanpur. I always prefer to stay at the same property as hotel deep govind nagar kanpur. Superb in everything.

Very dirty, they have a lot of cockroaches in the room. The rooms are stinky. They have kept mouse traps in the room

Bad smell everywhere in hotel including corridor, dirty furniture, pathetic washroom, no geyser. It's better to take dharamshala

The location and ambiance of the hotel from outside was great newly renovated, but rooms are ok ok though size of the room was decent but lighting of room was very low and room was having mositure issue. Floors were wet because of moisture from ac.

I was there for a 13 days work stay. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Healthy complementary breakfast. Could be cleaner but given the location. It's understandable. It's located in one of busiest spot in kanpur right next to the flyover.

All the things was good except employees behaviour. Employees behavior was very rude. Breakfast was good.

Property is situated at main road of govind nagar and very easy to reach at property. Location is very good place near main market of govind nagar. Food is very tasty and amenities & service are also very good. Staff are very gentle.

Stay was really amazing and comfortable, rooms were beautiful and beds were comfy, they had room service which was quick in response and delicious food, i loved there service and way of handling customers. This property is very old but still well maintained especially there fine dine restaurant which was really beautiful.

Stay was very poor as the hotel staff in very non-coperative and rooms are very compact. No breakfast for customers if they are checkin out early in the morning. They are very rude even if customer requests for some fruits also during early check-out. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone and even i will never stay in this hotel again.

Staff is not courteous to offer food for early morning checkout of 6:30 am not even willing to offer fruits on the way. Rooms are smelly and unhygienic.
