Royal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.

businessVery congested & small rooms, no any complimentary water service time is very late make my trip cheats in this booking please don't advise to book this hotel. We feel very sad in this booking

Dear Sir, We offer complimentary water and offered the same to you. Please understand that we can not offer a paid mineral water bottle for free. You yourself booked the small Deluxe category room , we at our property also have Super Deluxe and Suite room categories to offer.

Not good, tv did not start and staff was not ready to fix. They were not ready to help with parking was busy in playing games on mobile
