Hi, booked hotel for 2 days on 28th n 29th sep 2025 .at the time of booking asked for early check in, but property doesn’t replied by mail as my booking receipt,called property 1 day prior check in they told me some charges I have to payif I reach by 8am, but I reached at 6am manager told me hotel policy is to take whole day charge, if you come 1 hr prior check in time it’s 2pm,..there where no other option at that time,so I paid whole day charge Now if I paid whole day charge I thought i can take my morning breakfast, they told me my breakfast is chargeable at restaurant, After argument they allowed but it’s my worst experience with hotel

The room are very cozy, comfortable ,spacious, clean and very nice to for staying. The food Menu is also very good. The hotel is very good in looking and the food is also very tasty. There are less amount of dishes in the dine in menu, but all over the food is very good and tasty. The service is very good. Sometimes they make you charge for something nonsensical things, but all over the hotel is good .

I had a disappointing experience with the water facility during my stay. We had to leave early in the morning, but unfortunately, both taps were only providing hot water. Despite calling housekeeping twice, the issue remained unresolved, which caused delays in our scheduled meetings. I hope this can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests
