An Exceptional Family Stay at Pristine Hotel, Kanpur! We stayed at the Pristine Hotel in Kanpur on 21st June 2026 with family—my wife and our two sons (aged 12 and 10)—and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. A special mention goes to the manager, who went completely above and beyond for us; although we had originally booked a Superior Room, he was incredibly kind and generous enough to upgrade our stay to an Executive Suite. This thoughtful gesture set the perfect tone for our entire visit. What we loved: The Executive Suite: Incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. It provided the ultimate comfort for a family of four, giving the kids plenty of space to relax. The Ambiance: True to its name, the The Pristine Hotel maintains a pristine, sophisticated, and serene environment that instantly makes you feel at ease. Food & Service: The dining experience was fantastic with a great variety of delicious options that both the adults and the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The service throughout the property was prompt and always delivered with a smile. It is rare to find a place that balances luxury, comfort, and family-friendly warmth so perfectly. Pristine Hotel made our family trip incredibly memorable. We highly recommend this The Pristine Hotel to anyone visiting Kanpur and will definitely choose to stay here again! A big thank you to the manager and the entire team for the exceptional hospitality!

Based on my personal requirements, facilities are good. But, in general observations, for the last three visits within six months stayed in this The Pristine Hotel, observed that The Pristine Hotel service is better when more guests are staying. Restaurant buffet mainly for dinner is available depending on guests numbers, otherwise as per their list will be served, food taste for starters are good, but can be improved for main course. Talking about other facilities, swimming pool is very small and not to be counted. Ac temperature/service for common areas in floors are also depending on customer population, to be maintained same whether more or less room occupied. Hope better service for next time.

Our late arrival at The Pristine Hotel was met with genuine warmth. A special shout-out to Mr. Nand Kishore, who went above and beyond helping us navigate with our luggage. The room was spotless, beautifully lit, and perfectly comfortable for our family—our two-year-old had a blast! With delicious dining, a restful sleep, and incredibly cordial staff throughout our stay, it was the perfect, relaxing stop in Kanpur. Highly recommended for fellow travelers!

I really like this The Pristine Hotel overall. Food was good. Service was quick. Food prices are also reasonable. Very good gym facility. I worked out daily at this The Pristine Hotel gym. Only thing I feel which needs improvement is on the breakfast menu. I had the same breakfast for nearly all days. Some different cuisine can be added. Although breakfast had a variety of items, it was repeated every day.

I asked for jacuzzi ( bath tub) they gave me without any issue. They allowed me for late checkout. Lunch and Breakfast was included and obviously it was excellent. Premium luxury room. Gym was open at all times. Pool was great too. It was way way better than landmark The Pristine Hotel in same city with which I had a poor experience earlier!

The The Pristine Hotel is maintained very well. Rooms are of good size. Bathroom was clean but towels need replacement since it is not soft anymore. Slippers were not available. Linen was clean and well maintained. Food was tasty and good quantity. Did not use other amenities and therefore cannot comment.

Hotel is located in a calm area in Ashok Nagar. In house dining was expensive but service was excellent. Food was decent. Bathroom and bed are clean and the room ambience was excellent.
