Not worth the money. Dirty rooms - specially the sheets on the bed. Heated water in washrooms on request.

Food and facility is good and location is ok

The garden view rooms are too good for a peaceful stay. Food is good. There is ample parking. The location is also good and everything is very approachable.

Rooms with Garden view were peaceful and services were excellent as well. Location is good, good was decent and Tularam( their reception staff) was a really good host. Overall good experience

“During my stay at the hotel, I had ordered a masala dosa. Unfortunately, the sambar and chutney served with it were not fresh, which resulted in food poisoning. The breakfast provided was very ordinary and of poor quality, especially considering the high tariff charged. I am still suffering from food poisoning and currently undergoing medical treatment.”

room AC was not working. room was changed to a smaller one. extra charges for better room were taken without proper bill. no bills given for F&B consumptions. food was good. smart Tv was not there. wifi was not provided. staff was friendly. late checkout was not entertained free of cost.

Room service very poor.. It took them close to an hour to place the dinner inspite of repeated reminders. Tea kettle was absent, tv did not worked.

The hotel management operates at an exceptional level, and in my opinion, this place even surpasses Landmark. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or solo, this hotel is perfectly suited for all types of guests. Highly recommended!

Very discourteous staff. Wrong commitments. Food is average, no services hence no question of good or bad, location is Cantonment only because we visited there.

Our stay at Kingston Resort was pleasant. Location is good, close to Civil Lines. The rooms are spacious and neat. Staff is polite and helpful. Restaurant has a nice vibe.overall worth the price.
