I came to hotel vijay intercontinental second time. They have improved the services butvthey need to work on sirocco sky lounge. Most the drinks were either not available or were puri cued at very high. Rooms still same old smelly. Staff seems to be good

The entire floor had foul smell and the room also had foul smell. Changed the room still the smell persisted. There was loud music till 12 at night and not stopping inspire of repeated msg to reception. How can i add images of smell and noise

Comfortable stay with maximum amenities in two spacious rooms. Good tasty food in dinner & healthy breakfast in the morning made our day happy. Well behaved hotel employees surrounding make good environment.

Very comfortable stay. Have tasty breakfast with variety in food items. Equipped with gym & swimming pool. In one word one can select without hesitation.

Starting from the start- location was good but the food was terrible and the service was decent. Upon checking in, instead of making me feel welcoming, they warned me to not invite any other guest or would be charged more money. Secondly upon confirming that the buffet is opened till 10:30, when i went there around 10:15 it was already shut but they made me eggs to order which was really bad. The pool area was also dirty. The room was decent and the room service was also fine.

Average accommodation, not price worthy

Hotel staff was not behaving well, specially staff available at breakfast time, they were not bothering to greet the guest, the entire staff was untrained, they are behaving like dhaba workers

Everything was good, right from reception to bathroom. Everything was as per expectations. Just keep it up.

Room is very old and no responsibility, food quality are also very poor. We had booked room for two persons but they put shop and another item for single person. Not captured

The hotel is good but buffet breakfast serve has very few variety. Furniture is old n with scratches, need an upgrade. Price per night is costly depending upon the service n infrastructure.

The room was unkempt it had bed bugs the bathroom faucets were leaking the plug points weren’t working the fridge had no power the staff was uncooperative i often use mkt for my bookings and trust it as a brand but this time I booked it for my guests from USA I was so ashamed I really am so embarrassed

The rooms were very dirty and unkempt with pests around. The bathrooms were all leaking. The plug points in room were not working. Terrible experience i will recommend that you don’t offer the old wing rooms my guest were from abroad. Fridge in the room had no power. List is endless

Staff is not good washroom wash not working properly especially the admin employee that girl was pathetic behaviour

Dilapidated rooms, cockroaches in the room, broken and unkempt lamp shades and terrible service. Moreover, the bathroom was dingy, dirty, taps did not work and the basin smelled like the gutter. Most horrible experience i have ever had.
