The GM was very rude NO PROPER TREATMENT BY SERVICE MANAGER. Poor hospitality, complete waste of money, Most of the people booking this property were in trouble. One room disturbed by 🦎 lizard and our room was having spiders all round. Only GM 😭 IS THE REASON OF THIS BAD MANAGEMENT.

Resort rooms are spacious and clean. But room service is equal to zero. They are just unable to deliver anything into the rooms. It seems like they were not equipped to handle the rush. We needed extra bedding for our 9 year old kid, which again they weren't able to provide. Though it met our needs perfectly while coming back from mahakumbh 2025 to provide a quote comfy stay.
