Room was not given as per the booking. No hot water in shower area. Not good options for breakfast. Leakage issues in WC.

location is inside cantonment. Beautiful. Good Cleanliness, Good services. i enjoyed my stay. Well arranged. Good food.

The GM was very rude NO PROPER TREATMENT BY SERVICE MANAGER. Poor hospitality, complete waste of money, Most of the people booking this property were in trouble. One room disturbed by 🦎 lizard and our room was having spiders all round. Only GM 😭 IS THE REASON OF THIS BAD MANAGEMENT.

Room with old Furniture, The toilet was bad, even there was leakage in the bathroom from the ceiling.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Status Club Resort, Kanpur. The property is well-maintained with spacious rooms and a peaceful ambiance. The location is convenient and easily accessible. I especially enjoyed the food – delicious and freshly prepared. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities like the lawn area and indoor seating were clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend it for both family and business stays.

My stay at the hotel was far from comfortable. The rooms were dirty, with noticeable dust and stains. The washrooms had a strong, unpleasant odor, making it difficult to relax. Overall, the cleanliness was well below expectations, and the experience was disappointing.

Resort rooms are spacious and clean. But room service is equal to zero. They are just unable to deliver anything into the rooms. It seems like they were not equipped to handle the rush. We needed extra bedding for our 9 year old kid, which again they weren't able to provide. Though it met our needs perfectly while coming back from mahakumbh 2025 to provide a quote comfy stay.

Excellent and well maintained property. The staff is well mannered and very cooperative. Food was excellent with lot of options.
