Had an amazing experience staying at Lemon Tree Hotel in Lucknow! The place is super clean, modern, and has a really positive vibe. The location is great — close to Gomti Nagar and easy to reach anywhere in the city. Rooms: Spacious, comfy, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the AC worked perfectly, and the room had everything I needed. Loved the little touches like complimentary water, tea/coffee, and fresh linen every day. Food: The breakfast buffet was one of the best parts — lots of options (Indian + continental), and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant staff were friendly and quick to help. Service: The hospitality here really stands out. Every staff member I met was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth too. Overall: A perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Definitely one of the best mid-range hotels in Lucknow. Would 100% stay here again! 👏🌿

The hotel was very easily reachable from the highway as well as just next to the transport nagar metro station. So it was very easy to drive to the hotel as well very convenient to travel within the city. The room was good as well as multiple food options.

Had a great experience... right from the booking via MMT , then with the interaction with the hotel staff and their professional behaviour was really good and wonderful experience...a special mention for hotel's front desk representative Ms Mahi.. she's well mannered and polite person who guided with all the right information and made sure the stay was really comfortable and good.

Worst experience in Lemontree Lucknow

Worst experience from the staff at Lemontree. I asked for an early checkin via call and the staff told via phone that extra charges will be there. Then after paying the extra money, He gave me a corner room near the Fire exit, Laundry and House keeping, who kept making noises. On top of all these issues, the room was not proper, it had a very bad smell. Then the landline and AC stopped working. I raised a complaint about these issues at the reception and both the manager and the staff behaved in a very rude manner. Then after a heated argument they changed the room but I still was not satisfied with the new room. The corridor and the main entrance of the hotel also had a foul smell. Food was ok with few options for BF. Later on, The manager informed me that early checkin within 2 hrs time is free of charge but this was not conveyes by the staff on call to me and they didn't refund the money as weĺ. I will never visit Lemontree again. Thank you!!

Rude staff at reception, customer service of hotel are liars! I’ve usually had a very good experience at a lemon tree hotels across India but this was the worst one, and I’ll definitely think twice before recommending lemon tree to anyone in the future
