Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow

Small rooms meant for business travel, albeit very neat and clean. Highlight is the food which is very good.

i arrived late at night after a long journey by car. the stay was excellent courteous and memorable. special thanks to the staff for help and support.

It was a great stay. Rooms were clean. Staff is really friendly and cooperative. They even offered a 2 hour late check-out when requested.

Property located at prime location, service , quality of food is excellent. Hospitality is on the next level, staff behaviour is excellent.

first night bed was terrible perhaps needs a change of mattresses etc 2nd & 3rd night got a room below their gym whic apparently is open 24×7 ; had to call front desk every 30 minutes to get it stopped but of no avail never again

It was a really good stay nd staff was good 👍 and the food was of great taste I wish I could stay more and next time up for vacation then going to stay at Marriott Lucknow

Great experience.... especially breakfast is awesome ...only disappointed thing that in hotel voucher given complimentary 4pinch bear in 1 room ...but they denied..

The Room size were pretty small the pillow was uncomfortable and there was no other option. No play area for kids , it is more like business hotel. I would not recommend for family stay. Could have opted many other option of hotels in this budget. Though the breakfast was very delicious

It was a great experience and good ambiance. All the staffs with whom I interacted were really amiable, specially Wilson from Kava Restaurant of Fairfield Marriott, Lucknow. He was so energetic and very polite .

location is very good, a good property in center of city. Breakfast well spread. rates very reasonable. clean rooms.

Everything was good during the stay . Food was served hot during night . When I came late on 17 Th evening and ordered food at around 12.00 got the good quickly and was served hot

Fairfield Marriott, Lucknow, can improve on the food. 1) The breakfast spread needs to be broader and have more options. 2) Need to enhance the taste of the tea served. 3) Too much repetition in the buffet is not palatable. 4) Include more items from different cuisines. The hospitality was good, but the breakfast menu could be improved.

Poor rooms and pathetic service. To attend room service, it took close to 1 hour! Person attender phone for food service to rooms didn’t have any idea in food or what is available! Promise to call back not met
