Radisson Lucknow City Center

The stay at Radisson was very comfortable, as expected. We ordered veg biryani and Paneer lababdar, and they were super delicious 😋. Facilities were top-notch, and we will definitely stay again whenever we visit Lucknow.

Location is not in anyone’s control but the stay experience, quality of rooms and attitude of people can make everything better but unfortunately except the name Radisson everything else was substandard.. The rooms felt pre historic, attitude of the serving staff in restaurant was worst than what British had for Indians. The response of the staff was cold and unfriendly very often the guests were asked to fetch things on their own without proper direction or location description. Hotel badly needs a thorough renovation.

location is good. but there is lack in hospitality. we didn't get hot water for whole stay of four days. we don't expect such things in so called high rated hotels.

Very good location for shopping. Food was average and expensive. AC remote was not provided, sometimes it takes multiple calls for getting response. Rooms were clean and secure. Took time to provide keys.

Hotel is located in a market place and close .It is very convenient for a short tour of the city. Food quality and restaurant services needs improvement.

Carpet and as well as floor area was very dirty. Corridor was very horrible,ceiling was imcomplete. Not at all worth paying.

It's located in around the centre of Lucknow, food quality was amazing, the facilities were all amazing. But the lower feedback is not because of these features but services, 1. I was allotted a room which had suffocating odour due to wall dampage, I requested them to change the room but was left unheard. 2. they sent water bottles or anything asked in the room after repetitive reminders. Very slow service. 3. Very poor quality room walls, people watching TV songs, (privacy was just in the books in the very room I stayed) in adjacent room could easily be heard from my room, and obviously didn't let me sleep till 3:00AM.

We stayed at the Radisson hotel as a family and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The rooms were of average size and felt a bit dated, clearly in need of some renovation. The biggest issue we faced was with the air conditioning, which wasn’t cooling effectively. Despite raising the issue multiple times with the reception, no real action was taken, which made our stay quite uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was quite large with a variety of options. However, the taste of the food was just average and didn’t match the presentation or quantity. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it needs better maintenance and more responsive service to make the stay comfortable for guests.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was really nice, with a lot of options. But noticed that the hotel is quite old, even though the staff is doing a good job with cleaning. Also, the location of the hotel is not nice, in a narrow dark road.

The bathrooms were not maintained properly. There were leaking taps. It was not cleaned daily by the housekeeping. Food served in break fast was repetitive and was not very great

The stay was amazing. Firstly after reading the comments we were reluctant to book a stay there, but as soon as we entered; and as time passed, it turned into an amazing and a safe experience. The food quality was impressive and the place is really good for female solo travellers.

My stay was comfortable and hiccup free. The staff were professional and the location of the hotel is good
